What each status means

OarClass may use the following status descriptions when communicating service conditions.

Operational The service is operating normally based on the status information currently available to OarClass.
Degraded The service remains available, but some users may experience reduced performance, delays or limited functionality.
Outage A material part of the service is unavailable or not functioning as expected.
Maintenance OarClass is performing planned work that may temporarily affect part of the service.

How we communicate incidents

When OarClass becomes aware of a material service issue, we aim to publish useful information without speculating before technical facts are known.

Investigating We are examining reports or monitoring information to understand the issue.
Identified The likely cause has been identified and remediation is underway.
Monitoring A fix has been applied and service behaviour is being monitored.
Resolved The incident is considered resolved and affected services have returned to expected operation.
